Wild Goose - Perham, Minnesota
From time to time in my blog I'm going to introduce you to some of the wonderful stores that carry my products. Today, I'm excited to feature the Wild Goose of Perham, Minnesota. The Wild Goose is an exquisite coffee shop and gift shop that features a beautiful array of home decor, jewelry, accessories, and gourmet foods. They were the very first store to carry my designs so it is only fitting that I feature them first on my blog.
The Wild Goose was founded in 1997 by Doug & Sue Huebsch and Tom & Marlette Otto. The store was given that name because, to them, a wild goose symbolized loyalty, adventure, and a free, far-ranging spirit. They wanted Wild Goose to be a fun adventure, to be loyal to its customers through quality merchandise and genuine friendships. You can feel that in the environment when you visit the Goose. They offer friendly service, knowing many customers by name and, if you're a regular, they'll know what coffee you want before you even order.
In addition to their coffees and teas, the Wild Goose also has an incredible selection of gourmet foods. They have delicious brands, including local favorites and carry a wide selection of candies, dips, jellies and more. They will also create custom gift baskets for you.
The Wild Goose is brimming with home decor. They have furniture, rugs, pillows, wall art, candles and much more. They have beautiful displays throughout the store that will give you plenty of ideas and inspiration for ways to decorate your home.
Another favorite at the Wild Goose is their apparel and accessories. They offer unique selection of local apparel including Perham and Otter Tail County styles. They also carry popular accessory lines including Vera Bradley, Spartina and Pandora.
The Wild Goose is a wonderful experience and I hope you have a chance to visit them soon. If you are in the area be sure stop in this week for their Tent Sale, which runs from September 3rd-8th. Grab a coffee, relax and browse their unique store. For more information about the Wild Goose, you can sign up for their newsletter on their website.
